Member Info and Club Policies
Welcome
Welcome to the Chester County Skating Club. The Club is a private, non-profit, organization designed to provide competitive and non-competitive skating activities for many ages in a pleasant informal environment. Good behavior and good sportsmanship are emphasized under the guidance of the professional staff and volunteer coaches.
The Chester County Skating Club works in cooperation with the Upland Country Day School. The facilities are owned by Upland. The Club is operated and managed by a volunteer board of directors drawn from the membership of the Skating Club.
Operating Times
The Club opens the first week of October and continues through the last week of March. During the season, a weekly schedule of hockey practices, figure skating, open hockey, and family skating times are posted in the clubhouse and on the website.
Every effort is made to maintain a consistent schedule throughout the season. However, there are times when the schedule must be changed. Members are encouraged to check the calendar in the clubhouse on a routine basis for schedule updates and check the club website. CCSC will occasionally have to close the rink due to snow. Call the rink after 1:00 pm or check the website.
