Play and Player of the Week

Bode Schugar

12U A Post

Bode showcased exceptional talent and resilience throughout the weekend. He was solid in the net during Friday night and Sunday’s games, demonstrating his skills as a standout goaltender. Notably, in a tense matchup against the Kings on Saturday, where the Cougars faced a short bench, Bode exhibited remarkable versatility by skating out to play offense and earned an assist on the Cougars' first goal. Bode's contributions were vital to the team's spirit and success, making him a deserving candidate for this recognition.

12U A Shaw

Our whole team did an awesome job this weekend at the Philadelphia My Hockey Tournament. The kids fought hard in every game and ended up in a three-way tie for first place. Though we had a strong win on Sunday morning, one of the other teams in the tie also won, pushing us mathematically to third place. It was tough news to hear after a few days of great playing, but the kids held their heads high.

Session 2: 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 12/7, 12/14

Time: Sundays 4:30–5:20 p.m.

Fee: $180 per session ($25 discount for each additional session)

Details:

• Designed for skaters who have completed Learn to Skate

• For players with little or no organized hockey experience

• Ages 4+

• Full hockey equipment required

• Includes Family Skate and Open Hockey sessions
