A Bustling Hockey Weekend at the Barn
We're looking at a busy hockey weekend at the Barn with 13 home games scheduled between Saturday and Sunday. It's a great time to stop by the Club to catch a game and cheer on our Cougars. The Figure Skating season starts in a few weeks and we have some coaching updates to share. Finally, details are below for the always-popular Upland Used Sports Equipment Sale including when to drop off donations and when to shop.

Our Learn to Skate, Learn to Play, and Figure Skating programs are open for registration. Learn to Play and Figure Skating start the second week in October and Learn to Skate starts on November 6th. Figure Skating Updates
Our figure skating season starts on Monday, October 7 at 6:50 p.m. Practices this season will be on Mondays from 6:50 to 8:10 p.m. and Wednesdays from 6:50 to 8:20 p.m. If you are a returning skater and haven't registered yet, please do so—we want to see you again this year! Alysse and Arianna are returning as coaches again this year, and we'll be introducing a new coach from the University of Delaware skating team. Coach Nicolette got married in the spring and it was a beautiful wedding, we will miss her at the rink but are excited for this new chapter in her life as Mrs. Swavley!

Our Coaches and Hockey Committee submit nominations weekly for Plays and Players of the Week and monthly for Student of the Month to the DVHL for consideration. We're excited to share our players' recognition and achievements here.

Upland Used Sports Equipment Sale
Donate: Now through Friday, 9/27
There is a labeled box in the rink by the Warm Room door for anyone who has used gear to donate. Used gear from all sports in good condition is accepted.
Shop: Saturday, 9/28 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The sale is in the Upland Barn (up the hill from the rink at the school). Shop early for the best selection.
