🐾 Cougars Updates
Mites Jamboree
Mite Head Coach, Paul Melanson, writes that our CCSC Mites had a great showing at the Mite Jamboree this past weekend:
It was exciting to see all of our players take the ice and officially kick off the season. The kids played hard, had a ton of fun, and represented CCSC well throughout the weekend. It was a great start, and we're looking forward to a fun and promising season ahead. Go Cougars!
Silver Sticks Tournament
From our 18U AA and 16U AA teams:
18U AA - This was a great opening tournament for the Cougars 18U AA. Our team scored 19 goals in the opening round and was only defeated in the semi-finals by a highly-ranked team, against whom CCSC lost by the lowest margin of any team that played them. Overall, an impressive start to the season!
16U AA - Our team faced some tough competition, dropping all three games of the tournament, but each game provided valuable lessons and opportunities to grow. More importantly, the weekend brought the group closer together and helped build the chemistry and resilience they'll carry into the upcoming season.

As practices continue and games ramp up, we are reminded to please observe the following parking lot guidelines:
Traffic flows counterclockwise around the parking lot
There is no parking in front of the glass doors
For the safety of our families, please park when arriving to pick up your children (i.e. no car lines). Vehicles frequently attempt to pull around other stopped cars, creating a dangerous environment in areas where children may be walking
