Player of the Week

Reese Stoltzfus

10U A National- Blaine

Reese exemplifies the exact traits you want in a goaltender. Calm and poised under pressure, she never gets discouraged, and excels at quickly resetting after giving up a goal. On Saturday, she absolutely frustrated the Quakers AA team in a tightly contested 3-3 tie, putting up a stellar 43-save performance. She followed that up with another dominant outing on Sunday, helping the team secure a decisive 7-2 victory over one of our division rivals, Central Penn.

It's not just about her high save count, though—it's her ability to deliver clutch saves in key moments that keeps the momentum squarely on our side. Best of all, when she is shutting the door on an opponent's breakaway, she is usually doing it with a big, confident smile underneath her mask.

Great job Reese!

Logan Towey

10U A American- Ritter

Logan had an outstanding offensive game against the Quakers this weekend. He battled hard along the boards, displayed a strong backcheck, and contributed three goals and an assist to lead the Cougars to victory. Great hustle, Logan!

Cameron Mundt

6U/8U- Skuraton

Cameron scored the first goal of the season for our 6U team. It was our first game. He skated hard and showed great effort throughout the game. Great job Cameron!

Play of the Week

Mack Tilley

10U A National- Blaine

At the 10U level, we focus on keeping our concepts simple. Offensively, our goal is to attack zone entry with pure speed, forcing opposing defenders back on their heels.

Success doesn't require flashy toe-drags or highlight-reel dangles. Often, it is as simple as driving the net with speed and powering past the defense. Mack executed this perfectly, picking up the puck for a defensive zone exit and exploding all the way through the offensive zone. This high-tempo play jump-started the Cougar's offense with an early goal, paving the way for a dominant 7-2 victory over Central Penn.
